Ohhhhh GOLLY! I know we’ve had an exchange about coffee and maybe my 65 year old version of memory is worse off than I realized, but I’m only enjoying this more! And I have a gift bag of Turkish coffee on my shelf I was shy of tackling! I also have a son who recently had Turkish coffee and extolled it, so....I’m going to get to it tomorrow. I’m in for ritualizing this and the mention of cardamom made me swoon. Thank you for this gem!

It's amazing how our coffee preferences can evolve over time, influenced by experiences, travels, and the people around us.
